1. Check your eligibility. 

To apply for this Employment Ontario program, you must

• be an Ontario resident

• be 18 years or older

• have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)

Temporary SINs that begin with 9 must be current and you must be a:

• Refugee Claimant with an Active Open Work Permit or

• Temporary Foreign Worker with an Active Open Employer Specific Work Permit or

• Individual Awaiting Permanent Residence Status - Currently hold a 900 Series SIN and have received preliminary approval from the federal government for your application for Permanent Residency. 

Please Note: International Students and Temporary Residents are not currently eligible to register for services with The LearningHUB

Your SIN will be encrypted to protect your privacy.
After we enter it into the Employment Ontario Case Management System it is deleted from our records.

2. Complete a registration form.  

Complete the registration form to apply for the LearningHUB program.  

Your personal information will be kept safe and secure.
